CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: A deposit of $50 is required to secure the date for your event. We accept bank transfer.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS: In the event of cancellation by the Renter, the following refund policy shall apply: If the Hirer cancels the booking, Perfect Picture Parties reserves the right to charge the following. 1-7 days from delivery date 50% of invoice amount. Within 24 hours of delivery date 75% of invoice amount. The Delivery date is usually the day of the function / booked date, unless otherwise specified. $50.00 Deposit is Non-refundable but is transferable to hold another date.
USE OF EQUIPMENT: The Hirer is responsible for checking the quantity of hired items against the invoice/agreement upon delivery or pick up to check for any discrepancy or damage. Damage to Hire equipment during use is the responsibility of the Hirer and the Hirer agrees that repair or replacement charges for damaged equipment will be applied after the hire date. If at any time during the hire period the Hirer considers the equipment to be faulty, it is the Hirers responsibility to contact Perfect Picture Parties by telephone to report the problem. Perfect Picture Parties reserves the right to repair or replace the faulty equipment as soon as practicable during the hire period to the reasonable satisfaction of the Hirer. Prior to the equipment being used outdoors the hirer must gain written permission from Perfect Picture Parties. The equipment must not be in contact with any dirt or animals within the hire period. Once the equipment has been set up in the location the hirer has requested it should not be moved unless it has been agreed on by both parties. The hirer also agrees that they have been given an instruction sheet (via email) on how to safely move and operate the equipment. The Hirer should not attempt to repair the Equipment without prior consent of Perfect Picture Parties. Call out charges may apply. Perfect Picture Parties will not be liable for any loss, damage or expenditure incurred by the Hirer due to faulty Equipment for any reason whatsoever. Cleaning. A cleaning charge may be applied to all equipment returned excessively dirty $20 per piece of equipment. This will apply to all hire equipment. Linen does not need to be washed. All hire equipment: linen and bed sheets need to be returned dry.
ALLERGIES: Food Allergies - In some cases party favours will include food/Drinks which is in original manufacturers packaging and unopened. Perfect Picture Parties will give a brief description of what the party favours consist to the hirer and provide photos if requested by the hirer. It is the Hirer's responsibility if the hirer decides on keeping the food/drinks. Perfect Picture Parties will not be liable for any claim for personal injury or death.
LIABILITY: The Owner shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the Rental Period. The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold the Owner harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from the Renter's use of the equipment.
POSITIONING/SETTING UP EQUIPMENT: The Hirer is responsible for clearly indicating the location of the assembly/dismantling. The location will be clear of any furniture, dirt, and water. The Owner will take every care but shall not be liable for any damage to the site, site access, furniture, or personal belongings.
